Kitchen
Like the grey distressed cabinetry. Dont like the detail on top of the cabinetry. Like the cooktop (we will want gas) with two big drawers). Like that there are many long thin drawers of different widths, many people I talk to say they dont have enough pull out drawers. I def like the silverware drawer by the dishwasher. Do not like the angle on the island
Sink at island. The sink should be either at a window or on the island. Not sure where else the sink could go since we arent putting in a window elsewhere. I like the big sink at the island and the second smaller sink at the beverage/bar/coffee area. We are open to talks about it but looking at pictures this seems to be common. I would like the dishwasher to the right o the sink and then the silverware drawer very nearby. This kitchen features covered -cabinet fridge (dont like, we will do stainless) and the big oven which we also dont want.
Exterior door to patio. WOuld like it to slide or open OUT (not in), How about an Exterior POCKET DOOR? I have seen some pics and would love to do if its energy efficient for the winter.
How wide of an entry to we want? This is really nice- thinking it should take up most of the wall where the sink currently is since it will be the main light source

High windows for nice lighting above cabinets
Dont like lower ends of island. Both ovens need to be full size
Love this kind if light fixture over the dining room table. Love the color pop of the rug to potentially tie into the color of the island
Layout? Totally dysfunctional. Kitchen sink far from stove. Really want a functional cooking kitchen. Also want it to have room for 2-3 to be working in the kitchen, and to have it open to the front of the house where the new dining room will be

Sink at island. Would ideally like a flat island but not sure where else the sink can go . I like having things at the island so I can chat with people sitting at the island without having my back turned.
Dont like any open shelving but would like an open place for cookbooks. I like the link on the side of the island.

Sink in island. Only want one dishwasher and this is prob a great size fridge for us. Want an oversized, deep sink with hot water option and drinking water option

These look nice but moisture and crumbs get in the slats and they are impossible to clean out. Open to organization but want to be able to take apart and clean
