This is horrendous. I'll tell you what happened w/the crappy bottom row. he mismeasured and went back and stuck in these sliver cut tiles to fill in the gap between the floor and the wall. Horrible. That alone deserves a redo

all the grout residue in the corners need to be cleaned.

from what I can see, the cutting he did is horrible.
Grout should NOT be used in the vertical joint between walls or on the floor joint between floor/wall.
Your rights are, this is a horrible tile job. I can only surmise what debacle is behind all of this.
find out about waterproofing.
he has to have a chance to correct all of your issues.
no, you don't have to pay until everything is redone correctly.
the drain cover is supposed to be flush w/the tile. it's not. do not accept this. (not to mention the crappy cuts around the cover
