like double entry maybe from dining and mudroom or front hall and mudroom or butlers area and mudroom
like coloring like layout archway could be butler pantry thing between dining and kitchen
love love love this set up! stools and seating! keeps kitchen open to rest of great room
like layout seems like it could be more compact like lighting
of course a nook wherever I can get one!
like separate or push back area for oven but not a necessity
instead of an ironing set up prehaps a steamer set up in master bath
ideally this between kitchen and dining can be more simple but like this concept
like loft above and around lighting

Love Love this configuration. do not need a huge eating area when entertaining wed use the dining room or the eating area and counter area
I like the ceiling and island idea but black island base with white or black or some combo of that top
do not like this at all too many oddities
