Orange Park Acres Kitchen Remodel

This Orange kitchen design and remodel was challenging. The home features several large ceilings on the first floor and the adjoining dining room ceiling was nearly 10 ft. The client's wishes were to have her kitchen reflect the same feel as the other rooms, open and airy. I accomodated this by creating a coffered ceiling in the center of the kitchens existing soffit. This kept us from having to replace all of the doors and window in the space as well as increasing cabinet height to accommodate larger ceilings. Glass fronted cabinetry were used to give the space a more open feel. I specified Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances to meet the rigorous needs of the clients entertainment needs and they are as much a part of the design as they are to the clients trouble free cooking experience- especially during the holidays where the family gathers to enjoy the seasonal festivities. This Kitchen was featured as the Kitchen of The Month June 2015 in the Orange County Register's Home edition in .
