A fun remodeling project! This client wanted a kitchen that would inspire her to cook and integrate with the contemporary architectural of her home. She is an artist and allowed me to have a blank canvas to create the kitchen shown. I designed the space to allow for entertaining and also display her art and glass collection. The pantry is positioned at an angle and provided backing for the custom banquet with floating glass shelves and counter above. I installed Tech monorail lighting to illuminate the island and mirror the unusual island shape.
