M3M VILLAS
The twin villas for M3M Group, located in Panipat are conceived as a unified modern architectural composition, articulated through clean rectilinear volumes, deep shading projections, and a symmetrical massing strategy organized around a central axial courtyard. The symmetrical façade frames lush terraces, creating a seamless dialogue between built form and landscape. The façade employs a restrained material palette—textured plaster, metal soffits, and full-height glazed panels—ensuring controlled daylight ingress and strong indoor–outdoor connectivity. Integrated planters and recessed lighting soften the geometry while enhancing façade depth.
Internally, the planning is volumetrically driven, anchored by a double-height entrance void and a sculptural helical staircase that organizes circulation across levels. The interiors of the villas celebrate contemporary luxury through fluid geometry, premium materials, and curated art. Premium finishes—Italian marble flooring, walnut veneers, brushed metal inlays, and tinted lacquered glass—establish a coherent interior language. The spatial hierarchy progresses from formal public zones to private suites, each calibrated for acoustics, openness, and comfort. Bathrooms and wellness areas are designed as thermal-mass-balanced spa environments, incorporating natural stone, skylit courts, and integrated ventilation strategies. Together, the villas exemplify contemporary luxury through technical precision and spatial choreography.
