Attached below is a photo from AMSET ONE store in trivandrum with the subway tiles on display as I have seen. It takes 3 weeks to arrive from order date. I suggest that you go for tile cladding (light color) with spot lights (if there is a feasibility to get from the ceiling or can consider wall lights) or two directional lights (on the wall). You can also have a ledge/groove which can house some idol or an artefact to give a vibrant look. The other alternate options that I can suggest are the SPVC panelling (which gives marble/granite look) or the 3D wall paneling (made of Gypsum)

Hello Ash, Jaipur Blue Pottery tiles are definitely suited for kitchen backsplashes and are heat resistant since they are fired in a kiln like other ceramics. I bought mine from a vendor in Jaipur, and got them shipped to Bangalore. Just make sure to be very very clear on what you want - hand-painted or screen-printed tiles; there is a big difference between the two. Happy to discuss further. Thanks, Gargi
