Need ideas for powder room space
Comments (1)There are discrepancies between the two plans you have provided, so it is difficult to understand what has been built and what is proposed. That being said, the powder room will have more of an impact on the garage space than you are indicating, and think that will have negative impacts on the garage which you will want to avoid. The location by the dining room and stairs will also require significant changes to the plan in that area (powder room is still represented too small). The powder room adjacent to the pantry seems like a great place to put it, or in the ancillary seating space to the right of the main living seating. That seating area does not seem to have a great functional importance except to have the dining/living/side living space extend across the whole house, unless there is something happening that isn't apparent from the plan view alone....See MoreMen urinal in powder room
Comments (1)powder bathroom is generally used by men and women both so I will suggest not to invest on a urinal pot and only have a WC as it can be used by both....See Morelocation of puja room
Comments (2)You can use it in front of the mirror but make sure it ll not in the room area. It should have a separate area like the north, east, or northeast area of the home. A better place for the puja room is the living room, dining room, or Separate puja area. for more details, visit https://tasko.in Regards Tasko Team...See MoreAssistance for location for Pooja Room / Place.
Comments (10)Simplest option is to have a small one with suitable curtains next to the door entry...pray facing east...though it will still be in the south east quadrant. Have you given a thought to swapping the positions of Sofa and TV cabinet ...seem same dimensions ? Extend the TV cabinet right up to the door...build in the pooja place...east wall...pray facing east. Another great option that can be planned with appropriate changes is in the balcony on the right wall...pray facing east... Yet another option is to redesign/rework the balcony sliding door and have a small pooja place inside against the present balcony sliding door....pray facing north east. The sliding door seems to be a good 8 feet. Even if you have it say 2’ wide in the centre, there would be ample space to move/slide the doors on either side... Having one in the north east bedroom east wall can also be an option...keep it covered when not praying. Options galore... Look at what suits your lifestyle the best. All the best. 🙏🏻...See Moresaratogaswizzlestick
