Hello, This room is 15'x15'. These are 54" wide full matters size bunk beds. You could use twins to make them a bit smaller. Or build one row of bunks in a smaller room. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Each full bunk comes out a bit more than 4.5' from the wall, in this example. So, if installing bunks on opposite walls, with a 13' span, you'd have about 4' between bunks, rather than roughly 6' in this design. You could go for twin mattresses/bunks instead and retain more floor space, or have bunks on only one wall.
