Hello, It seems like a simple fluorescent tube held by solid end caps attached next to the mirror. If you google "wall lamp for bathroom mirror" you should find similar products and they come in different lengths. i have attached a picture with a fluorescent lamp i really like._Leonardo

How do you mount these vertical lights so that the mounting plate is not visible? Our contractor seems concerned the J-box has to be 4" and this can't be done? We were hoping to mount in a series with 2 medicine cabinets (one light between the two) and I don't understand why it can't be done....
