This is an okay layout given all the door / window openings in the room.

If you are a vastu believer, don't make the pooja on the west wall. Pooja should be on east or north wall of the house. Don't cut your store room as you definitely need one , rather shift it on the extreme upper side of the master bedroom. Don't provide an extra door in the bedroom for the safety point of view. As I said, by giving store room space on the upper side you get the symmetry instead of the protruded wall at the entrance of the master bedroom.
