Hi Neharika, if that wall is not exposed to water from outside, you could put a wallpaper there, there are beautiful wall boards also available in the market. Textured paint is another option. We could have the same wall paper/board/textured paint on the piller as well. You might have to move idol of Ganesha and picture near the pillar to some other place. Large paintings look better in living area as half of the wall is covered by sofas. In dining area, even if you cover upper half by painting, lower half remains exposed. So full wall needs to be decorated. More queries are welcome :-)

Hey Mandeep, So you can try to add the other color tiles to create patterns and design apart from just having another coloured tiles at the centre. HOWEVER, suppose we go with your idea of having other colour tiles in the centre - then how about these ideas: 1. Blue 2. Red & Orange or Red and Yellow -- but here the texture is important. 3. In the master bathroom, if you plan this way you will get bigger space for your wash basin section. Go for this option for the bathroom . The dimensions are 5' x 9' and the plumbing lines i.e. inlets and outlets will not be scattered . 50% of the layout is same except the dresser is shifted in the corner and study table is placed instead. Try not to provide the mirror opposite to the bed where you can see yourself in the sleeping position. Bathroom plan as per the first one and bedroom plan as per the second image.
