best paint finish for kitchen cabinets? eggshell vs satin?

am painting kitchen cabinets a deep gray blue in an all white kitchen with stainless appliances and hardware. Trying to decide on an eggshell vs satin finish. need it washable but don't want a too flat or too glossy finish.

When choosing the finish for your kitchen cabinets, think about how easy it is to clean and the kind of shine you want.

Eggshell Finish: It has a bit of a subtle shine. It's better than a flat finish for cleaning, but not as good as satin. It looks nice in classic kitchens.

Satin Finish: This has a gentle shine, and it's great for kitchens. It's easy to wipe clean, which is super handy when you're dealing with kitchen messes. It gives your kitchen a modern look.

So, if you want your cabinets to be easy to clean and have a bit of a shine without being too shiny, go for the satin finish. It's practical for a busy kitchen. Just make sure your cabinets are in good shape before you start painting, as the satin finish can show imperfections a bit more.

This helps, What kind of paint would you recommend for that Satin Enamel or Alkyd?
