Rajesh--I would consult with a designer/architect in your part of the world to correct the reiling deficiency. I cannot speak to building codes in what I am guessing is the far east, but your local architect can. Attachment of the railing, to the floor and to the stairs, in terms of rigidity and support are important, as the rail will slope by the steps, and need to transition to a straight rail at the landing, and terminate into the white wall at the landing. Also, the architect can verify that the steps meet codes in terms of rise and run and the gaps btw. the steps, which would not pass code here in the U.S. I cannot see the while inside wall as you ascend the stair, so all I can suggest is installing a nice piece of art, possibly a triptych, of something culturally fitting for your part of the world.
