Hello Neetu, Trying to explain the suggestions earlier made with an image. See if the following space makes the space more usable and open. Please see the numbers marked on the attached image. 1- Open up Dressing Area. No need of closing it. 2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size. 4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it. 5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people. 6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft. 8- Close the kitchen door . But if you simply cannot remove the washbasin, replace this configuration with a decorative countertop version - a nice stone counter and earthenware basin as shown in the pictures. A more econimical, but not so pretty option is to leave everything as it is and add a low partition about 3'6" high on the left that shields the washbasin from view. You can continue the tiling (ideally a faux brick or slate- NOT white) across the niche on all three walls. Paint the door in a dark shade too -like charcoal grey so that it does not look bathroom-y.
