First things first. This is clearly a handwash area before you enter the bedroom or bathroom. This exposed washbasin on a stand-alone cabinet placed on levellers is awfully basic and tacky. And it should not be seen from the living room at all. Personally, I would just do away with the handwash completely. Its a very common in the South especially, that the home owners want to hide their washrooms. If you are inviting a guest over for a meal which requires them to wash their hands, it seems logical that they would use the washroom too.

But if you simply cannot remove the washbasin, replace this configuration with a decorative countertop version - a nice stone counter and earthenware basin as shown in the pictures. A more econimical, but not so pretty option is to leave everything as it is and add a low partition about 3'6" high on the left that shields the washbasin from view. You can continue the tiling (ideally a faux brick or slate- NOT white) across the niche on all three walls. Paint the door in a dark shade too -like charcoal

Thnq u so much for ur valuable suggestion..as u said i will paint the door in charcoal grey .i cannot make much changes with wash basin .so what i thinking is instead of going for wall tiling shall i use shera planks horizontally in all the 3 wall..will it looka good..if not i will drop that idea

you may opt for a abstract paint on walls including door in continuation. Which will somewhat hide the visibility of door. Put a low height partition wall for wash basin and hang light above basin area as the whole area has more vertical look.

Add a nice hanging light..it wil highlight the wall also
