Comments (10)am assuming this is a concrete structure, when shifting service toilet to utility area, and if there are apartments above, then running extra lengths of supply/drainage lines & introducing a structural sink slab (if this is concrete) under the new location can be charged extra.. it will be easier to divide the 3rd toilet. all services will be already available. only, do check on supply & drain pipes capacity as load is increased on the same pipes which were serving one toilet earlier.....See Morecreating a good courtyard space
Comments (6)A multi-functional outdoor space can be tricky to design, but there are tons of ideas out there. Here are some questions to ask yourself as you are designing: What aesthetic do you like? Modern, traditional, transitional, coastal, mid century? Or some elements of each design aesthetic? What kind of outdoor furniture do you want? Is there enough space for the furniture? If not, look for folding or stacking furniture, or furniture that is easy to move. What kind of ground cover do you want? Pavers? Cement pad? Grass? Some other type of hardscape? Consider how much maintenance each type takes and how much you are willing to do. What kind of covering do you want the space to have? Nothing? A pergola? Umbrellas? A sun shade? If you can narrow down some of these answers you’ll start to get an idea of how to best use your space, and in the meantime, check out some of our projects to help inspire your design!...See MoreHow can I improve this space?
Comments (1)I think decluttering will help to calm down the room a lot. With books placed horizontally on top of vertical books, and every nook and cranny full of things, there's just too much to look at. What about painting the wardrobe to a lighter colour? It's very dominating in the space. If there was room, I would stash away all the books etc. in a bookcase which would have a door over it, but it looks like that isn't an option here....See Moredinning space and decorative ideas
Comments (12)Hi Shikha. You have great space. You can workout in segments if there is the budget issue. Like, go for some light weight sofa (like with wood frame), along with arm chairs and ottoman. This will not only rejuvenate your space but also cut out the monotonous setup of your space. For accessories, you can go for contrasted cushions and vases, planters and frames for the wall. Don't forget to tie up the space with a carpet that matches to your space. The large collage on the wall would be better if put into small frames. Also attached some reference pictures! If you are still confused over the space, please reach to a designer! :) They will surely bring the vibe you are looking for your home!...See MoreShades By Shweta
