Garage design suggestions requested

Hi, given here is the plan of my plot showing the house and garage and the space all round. I want to create a safe parking space for 2 motorbikes here which should be sheltered or lockable. Please suggest. With reference to your screen - South is top of the drawing, North is bottom, East is on the left and West is on the right.

Site is 40x60 and location is Bangalore. In the front of the house is a road, but other 3 sides are residences.

That may be a lot of open space is that intended and professionaly planned?

This is planned, it is all open space. All concreted with pots lining some of the walls.

This is a computer generated image which we got generated. The portico on the right is imaginary, it does not exist today. The house is over 35 years old.

May i know the entry side and the margins on the two sides to be left. front and the side. ( i mean how much length in feet inches should be left on the two sides). you can look at the neighbouring duplex or bunglow to get the exact understanding of the margins. other things can be designed accordingly. i have a rough thought about the design... attached herewith....

Suggestion: Never put the gas stove below the window and chimney against the window. It is ineffective as the air blown out is likely to come back in. At the least, it can be on the right or left side of the window with the chimney on the wall. Or the best place is on a slab on the left wall.

You may look for a product called motoden. It should help you in bike parking.

There are a couple of imported options as well in case you have budgets and the bikes are super costly.
