suggestions required to setup pooja area

i want pooja area to be kept in the L shape of living room in the dining area along with dining table. Thought of using some simple partition between dining table and pooja area. Cannot keep it in any bedroom as all the bedrooms are used regularly. suggestions are highly appreciated.

have closed the kitchen entrance which is on the dining area wall

It's better to have pooja unit in the east direction!

Having a partition is a good idea!

You can even push the dining to the left wall and have the pooja unit near the closed kitchen wall!

We can give a perfect solution if you could a better plan with kitchen updates and North point!

Hello Vineetha, God is everywhere ! If you are going to use the room as a study room then you may very well keep the Pooja room in the same room. Its will be your sacred corner and hope it will bring peace, prosperity and knowledge to the family. That room is already very small in fact at 3200*2300 it is smaller than your kitchen ?Trimming a section from the smallest room to create Pooja room defies our understanding. Hello Sharath, 1) If you can opt for open kitchen, the dining area will be more spacious. 2)Why there are so many door from the hall, room and kitchen as well? This way your house will be more insecure. 3) Furniture layout of the rooms surely needs to redo will a proper planning as per your requirements. 4) You can plan pooja room in the hall as I see that the layout is a bit as per vastu. so the person should face east while praying. 5) if you close the north gate in the hall, you can have a better seating arrangements.

The living room length is quite longer than the required, which will hinder the TV viewing distance. Rather a smaller space can be added in the living to convert it as a Pooja room. Also the kitchen space is not sufficient.
