DESIGN CONCEPT OF A NEW APARTMENT

Greeting's. Relatively new to Houzz. Have an a apartment to be designed , decorated & furnished. New, with absolutely no interiors decoration been done till date upon purchase ( In Mangalore). Look forward to a modern urban (part industrial) concept while bearing in mind i may have limited resources at hand in the small city as Mangalore. Would someone be kind enough to guide me as to how & where should be starting from considering that it needs to be start from the drawing boards. Appreciate inputs/ suggestions in any form. Thanx & stay safe.

Hello

First thing you have to do- is Visit the display store's of Hafele /ebco hardware store, either in Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Next is your budget, floor area, where and what you want to have in the space.

Your interior requirements do include wash area's, ceiling and lighting??

Hi. Floor Area - 1500sqft / Budget consideration - Well Noted (prime importance, though not a concern at the moment). Yes, the interior does include the wash spaces / kitchen / 02 bedrooms / balcony / ceiling & lighting ( baring the electronic gadgets@ home entertainment to be bought separately)

Thanks for contacting Rupal. The third one was the kitchen at initial stage to provide a glimpse of the size of the kitchen. The dimensions are 10 feetX 7 Feet. The first two are actual representation of how the kitchen is at this stage.

Design is different but as per my opinion, main door should never be transparent. One shouldn't be able to see what's going inside. It should block the sight from outside to the indoors.
