One possibility would be to swap the living room and the dining room. Since the current living room is larger than the current dining room you could still keep some comfortable seating (couch and upholstered chairs?) against the front wall for a keeping room/dining concept. Then your new dining areas (kitchen and dining room) and living areas (living and drawing room) would have good flow between them, which would work well both for family and entertaining. You could also add some builtin bookshelves in the drawing room or new living room to create a library area to add another fun element to the living areas. These bookshelves could be against the long walls in the drawing room, around the window with a window seat in the living room (former dining room), or built to create some separation in the open area between the drawing room and living room/stair area. Your plan seems to show some sort of builtin there, but I'm not sure what it is.

Hi, I am not a professional but a enthusiast. I have 2 opinions for you. 1. Small Puja Mandir in place of Fridge and move the fridge near the Sink opposite to Dining. This will be probably very Small. But during Pooja, there will be good space. 2. The second opinion is based on questioning the need of 3 bathrooms. You can remove one attached bathroom and make it a big Pooja Room. Further, you can also play with the size of Bathroom and make it extremely small and accommodate both Pooja from outside and a small bathroom or powder behind it * Chosen practicality over Vaastu.

SJ , With due respect to your personal choices, for a family of 6 this is certainly looking over the top. I would suggest you to cut down the TV units to 2 or 3. You may not need 25 seats for a closely knit family it looks like we are trying to create silos in the home where everyone just sticks to their rooms, with separate baths, accent chairs, study and TV units. I would recommend you to convert the NE bedroom's bath as a common one with entrance from living. You can then do away with powder room.
