Hi I need your expert comments and advice for a porch in the front of my house under construction...I am attaching the full view photos of that....it is in Rajasthan, India...There are two pillars with a distance of 9 ft and 2 inch and both have same equal distance from other house corners...this will be a varanda....my confusion is that: 1) what type porch should be, please send few pictures, 2) how much the porch should come out of the actual distance from the pillars/beams while the length of the beams are around 12ft...(width) and 21 ft (length) but I include the length of the room as well then the length is 33ft and if I include the width of another area as kitchen then the width becomes 26 ft...Please see the photos of ongoing work...

There is no average height for the table and chairs.There're height standards for all the furniture. The standard height for the table is 30" and for the chair, it is 18". The depth of the table should be atleast 36". It might be a little broad say 42" but not more. The length if the table is defined with the seats required. The chair seat size should be 16" with the back height be 30" atleast. It might be more depending upon the design of the table.

Actually the plan ( in black background), the one with measurement is the original one drawn by an architect . The other drawing (3d n the colourfull) is just a plan i drew to have an idea , where to arrange the furniture nd some modifications using a software called MAGICPLAN. That is why the staircase and bed is of awkward sizes, my bad. About the modifications, i have removed the partition between living and dining, have made a space for handwash, storage spaces for one bedroom and in kitchen which is protruding outwards marked with slanting lines in drawing, also extended 60 cm on northern side of the house to make room for balcony for bedroom, more room for bathroom nd work area. Do u think there is less space for storage, like to fit in an godreg alamarah somewhere??
