Pradeep, plywood or Gypsum has little do with heat reduction . It is the air layer between the actual ceiling and the false ceiling that does bring the temperature down. So as long as you are having a gap of 4-6 inches between the two ceilings it shouldn't matter. Gypsum would be more cost effective. Thanks, Nitin CORNERSTONE DESIGNS, Bangalore

1. Though you have small windows keep curtains hign all along the ceiling to floor and hide curtain rods in false ceiling 2. If you have these windows at angle then you may opt for Angular curtain covering both the windows in one go. It will look beautiful 3. Rohang, Please measure up the space and decide whether you need a vertical or horizontal geyser. Also look at the inlet side required. You will not be able to see thermostat setting because of false ceiling. Switch light color can tell you the status of geyser being on or off. Thanks Nitin Cornerstone Designs Bangalore
