please help me with a house plan for my plot area is 2142 sq. ft with west facing

Please mention the dimensions L/D of plot.

What are your requirements i.e., no of rooms,. Ground floor, First floor .etc.,

length is 51feet and width is 42 feet and in wanted ground floor plan with around 4 to 5 room with living room and dining room

Congrats on getting closer to your dream home. There are a few glitches and the corrected plan is attached. Main problem seems to be lack of natural light to the dining and living; introduction of a courtyard will bring in light and act as a visual link between the kitchen and other living spaces creating interesting viewpoints and play of light. The handwash is now tucked away from plain view; the toilet cutouts can be a glamorous light washed courtyard instead. North direction is not provided but we guess from the front door and gas hob direction that east is towards the porch, so why is the pooja diety made to face west? Arrangement of toilet fixtures is also corrected so that the shower can be curtained/glass partitioned off to avoid spill on to the rest of the dry areas of the toilet. Good luck!

Hello there, You need to consult with a local architect first for the layout and plan approval. They will provide you with floor plan and furniture layout, 3D elevations etc. Also, they would send them for approvals. What you're asking for is a paid professional service. Please consult locally first. Else, if you need anything specific, please feel free to connect with us. Also, your budget is too tight for 800 sqft unless it is an open plan.
