Congrats on getting closer to your dream home. There are a few glitches and the corrected plan is attached. Main problem seems to be lack of natural light to the dining and living; introduction of a courtyard will bring in light and act as a visual link between the kitchen and other living spaces creating interesting viewpoints and play of light. The handwash is now tucked away from plain view; the toilet cutouts can be a glamorous light washed courtyard instead. North direction is not provided but we guess from the front door and gas hob direction that east is towards the porch, so why is the pooja diety made to face west? Arrangement of toilet fixtures is also corrected so that the shower can be curtained/glass partitioned off to avoid spill on to the rest of the dry areas of the toilet. Good luck!

Hi Prince, congratulations on such an exciting time! Here goes our advise:

1. Rethink your bathrooms! You most definitely have space to have independent shower cabins.

2. Do you require a shower in the common bathroom? You could transform it into a powder room and use the extra space to conceal the hand wash basin.

3. Storage...Your living/dining doesn't seem to have any storage planned.

4. The tv of the bedroom on the right seems to be in a very uncomfortable location, the seating can be on the right and the tv in front of the bed.

5. Your kitchen is nice and large, you have space for a breakfast counter or a kitchen island.... Think outside the box!

6. For a house of this size we would strongly recommend to add a small laundry room/drying balcony.
