Design an New Office Space

This question arrives when we want to start new business with smaller place but if we utilise Smaller Place Properly than it would give great impact to our client and for this i think we need interior designer to mage every possible things at that place, and to make that manageable and attractive... What you say guys?

Need a durable comfortable ergonomic styled chair that will handle someone 6' to 6'4" and weight range of 300-400#. Most offerings will not handle someone of this size, either they do not sit well (don't fit the body and proportions) or do not hold up (busted within a month or two). The two chairs shown look quite like a decorating statement, but no way would they hold up to someone of perhaps taller than 5'10" and weighing more than 180#....

Use wood partitions to divide area into small work consoles. I can guesstimate about 4"*4" should suffice. That will mean 6 abreast consoles with sufficient gallery space. Also that will free area upfront for reception and visitor seating. The space looks very basic and needs some work. You definitely need new colour scheme, fast!!!
