Thanks for contacting Rupal. The third one was the kitchen at initial stage to provide a glimpse of the size of the kitchen. The dimensions are 10 feetX 7 Feet. The first two are actual representation of how the kitchen is at this stage.

Rajkumar, There are a lot of materials available but IMHO the BWP ply as the core material is best suited for Kitchen. Laminates, Glass, Acrylic are the top 3 picks for finishes for above parameters. Get trusted hardware Hettich/Hafelle/Blum/Ebco are few of the good ones. Chimney, width and suction power two most important criteria. Added features like oil collection are a good option.
