Is the tile for the flooring? I would recommend long rectangular plank tiles, there are many different looks available here is an example of one project we did that gave the client a neutral design option, they are tiles that look like a textured wood.

Hello there, You are right about the barn door but it isn't technically one. It seems more like Japanese doors called Shoji made out of glass and powder coated aluminum instead of paper and wood. You could order it from your local fabricator by showing him the picture only. But there's very specific hardware to be considered for the doors. Ask for enox/dorset.
