in my opinion

Its absolutely a perfect idea to have small or mid size pool on terrace .

if your ok try this company called.. Smart pools.

They have a Pre fab pool system which can be placed on existing terrace areas

without any hassle of civil works.

if not even a conventional small sized swimming pool with deck can be built with Proper planning and execution. Existing building structure should be analysed for the right placement.

i dont forsee any major structural issues if designed well.

Thank you so much for your reply! I was expecting a positive one to be honest. The only concern was water seepage into the structure over the long run and I'm sure there are people out there ensuring that it does not happen. Cheers!
