Thanks. What should be height of glass cabinets? Pls also answer my first question

Hello Dopcam, Wall cabinets uptil ceiling will usually look bulky. Upper heights cabinets are not reachable for day to day use. The stuff stored there would gather dust and be visible when the doors are opened. Hello Rukhsar, The base cabinet is anywhere between 28-34 inches depending on the height of the homeowners. From thereon the bottom of the wall cabinets start with a gap of 18-24 inches. The wall cabinets are usually not made until ceiling in indian kitchens. They are of 24-30 inches height. However, taking cues from the western designs some people prefer making the wall cabinets upto ceiling. You should take the call based on your storage requirements. Please advise should we use SS or plastic stand under wooden cabinets in kitchen or should we place them directly on the floor. Also advise me for the platform height that we should keep for the cabinets. I am planning for 3 inches raised platform from the floor and on that, we are planning for cabinets.
