Is it burgundy granite? I think we need to see it. I like gray with burgundy.

Hello Abinash, Correct me if I am wrong in my guess that you liked the basin so much that this entire unit was build around it :) that too in the centre of the room. Jokes apart, the base cabinet doesn't provide a few inches gaps to the user for keeping the foot comfortably while using a hand wash. Have you considered the water proofing and maintenance of this unit as what it appears it is wood with laminated top as of now. Hello Vinayak, wpc sheet with acrylic laminate will cost you the same as natural stone like green marble of common shade granite. The second option is more sturdy then the first one .

Madam Your options are ok.... From dimensions point, few things to take care: Your Existing platform depth, you need minimum 21 inches depth for Modular one... New Hood/hob will need 60*60 cm space.... From there you can finalize your sink position/size.... Sink size usually are from 380mm to 600mm, check your window size first!! Since you are removing the old door, plan wall shelves parellel to base cabinets (below existing countertop) Wire basket's are usually from 300 mm to 600 mm size, , based on your lengths it can be further discussed... On the other side there is an RCC shelves which you may have to remove for proper look......
