You could order it from your local fabricator by showing him the picture only. But there's very specific hardware to be considered for the doors. Ask for enox/dorset. Teal is a very trendy colour, but having it on all four walls may be an overkill in the kitchen, especially with that dramatic chevron dado tile. I hope at least the 4th wall is white! The cabinets have to be white too

Simply buy 2 sheets of laminate (one for front and back each) that matches with the rest of your doors, and paste it on the PVC door using a strong adhesive (HeatX by Fevicol, or any other alternative).
