Hello Gargi, It is difficult to get the exact hardware in India you unless you want to import it . Alternatively, a similar one can be made with slight changes in the fittings. It may also require the book-shelf to be made accordingly. You would need skilled craftsmen to get it done. Costing depends on the base material and sliding mechanisms used. Considering Plywood Furniture with laminate finishes, Basic False ceiling , Paint Work, Electrification would cost you around 2500 to 3000 Rs/ Sq.ft. (Excluding Kitchen and Toilets). Considering 1000 Sq.ft as carpet area it would be around 25 Lac to 30 Lac with 10% to 15% Contingency.
