Laminates, Glass, Acrylic are the top 3 picks for finishes for above parameters. Get trusted hardware Hettich/Hafelle/Blum/Ebco are few of the good ones. Chimney, width and suction power two most important criteria. Added features like oil collection are a good option. It depends upon you cooking style, kitchen dimensions and ventilation.
