Rajkumar, There are a lot of materials available but IMHO the BWP ply as the core material is best suited for Kitchen. Laminates, Glass, Acrylic are the top 3 picks for finishes for above parameters. Get trusted hardware Hettich/Hafelle/Blum/Ebco are few of the good ones. Chimney, width and suction power two most important criteria. Added features like oil collection are a good option. Laminate is incredibly durable. Currently we have a stone-look gloss surface with tiny, occasional pits for texture, no problems with food particles getting stuck. Previously we had a matte finish in color, it lasted 20 years before looking scuffed. I would not use raised texture on a counter bc the peaks would wear more quickly.
