coming to the dining area..yes id say you remove the seating entirely and concentrate on a foyer area since you already have space for a drawing room on the floor.. id suggest erecting a glass and marble wall in line with the wall that runs between the pooja room and the bedroom..say a bit of marble-glass-marble-glass-marble.in this case you have a small foyer area demarcated by this wall feature.you can deck it up by placing a nice console table in front of the central marble wall with a nice mirror to reflect the space and make it look larger or a sculpture with beautiful bracket lights on either side to accentuate the same.and on the backside of this wall you could have a crockery unit with a huge painting or a cluster of family snaps above it. if you could brief me a little on the look you're adapting for your house i could suggest some more treatments for the walls.if you want to avoid using too much marble you could also opt for a marble wood and glass look where you could take out some concealed storage for shoes etc. regarding the drawing room - what about a huge 4 seater in the center instead of 2 - two seaters with a table in the middle as in the plan..if you remove the central coffee table maybe you could replace the single seater with a chaise for 2 and also replace the 2 center tables with a nice long table in the center with an area rug running below it..if you could help me with the room dimensions maybe we could add 2 pouffes in front of the 4 seater so it creates more seating and doesnt obstruct the view if you plan to put a TV on the wall. what look do you have in mind for your terrace garden ? something zen or a little rustic toeing on the lines of the contemporary ? sorry for the late reply as i was travelling.. hope this helps! :)

plan seems to be ok vastu wise. (assuming north -south axis is diagonal and not aligned to the axis of the house) regarding son's bedroom 1 - try making the washroom more square towards the left exterior wall and the box room in front of it. Best to keep wet areas together, i.e. wc, shower and tub in one zone and dry area i.e. the basin in one zone. Also you could change the orientation of the bed as there is no privacy in the current layout. Maybe same as guest room's bed orientation. Another option would be to to re orient the door. the dining area also should have some window opening. The master bedroom, in spite of being of good size, has hardly any wardrobe space. The space before the 2 pillars could be used for wardrobes with some rework on the walls and door alignment. I feel the whole plan needs some re working to take out the best use of the space. highlight tiles are really not in fashion. it was 5 - 10 years back. i would suggest go with the bottom less distracting simple design throughout. carry dark floor tiles up 3 inches on the wall as skirting. ensure the centre line of your shower fixture and its wall controls lie in the centre of the tiles. that would be your starting point. rest will fall in place. ideally the ceiling height should not be more than 8 feet. if its more you end up with an uneasy proportion. either do gypsum false ceiling at 8 feet or stop the tiles at about that height and paint the rest of the wall in dark grey or purple and have pendant light that throw light below 8 feet. good luck.

In the master bathroom, if you plan this way you will get bigger space for your wash basin section. Go for this option for the bathroom . The dimensions are 5' x 9' and the plumbing lines i.e. inlets and outlets will not be scattered . 50% of the layout is same except the dresser is shifted in the corner and study table is placed instead. Try not to provide the mirror opposite to the bed where you can see yourself in the sleeping position. Bathroom plan as per the first one and bedroom plan as per the second image.
