Final working drawings shall be issued by the architect which includes the details (only structure related details) given by the structure engineer. Final working drawings include around 15-20% of structural details, remaining 75-80% includes mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) detail, HVAC details, flooring details, wall finish details, details of architectural elements, and so on, depending on the scale and complexity of the project. An Ideal Working drawing issued by the architect includes every single technical detail, which a contractor/site engineer on site will require to construct the building, even if the architect is not physically present on site.
