Colours are usually specific to individual's taste - till date I haven't seen a color which is awful. Usage at the right place makes all the difference :)

Please note that the selection depends on the natural lighting that you get in your kitchen, the dado tiles that you use, the counter top's colour and also the type of LED light temperature that you use. If you would like to try bright colors which are trending these days - you have multiple combination options like Orange-Dark Grey, Turqoise-White, Lemon Yellow-Black, Burgundy-White, Green-Yellow, Copper-White and many others.

If you do not want it to be flashy and want it to be more towards the traditional theme - then go for mild colour combinations like wood finish-white, light tan/light drab, cream-white etc.

Just that do not go for all dark colors if the kitchen is small with minimal lighting. If you can filter and attach pics of a few combinations from your side, then we could help choose the best combination
