First, I think rearranging your furniture and getting the furniture off the walls and float them in the living space would look nice. I'd nail down the arrangement before selecting new rugs. Where the chandelier is, try floating your sitting area (with the coffee table) below the chandelier and angle the current area rug. It's okay (and looks quite cozy and open) to have furniture floating and be able to wall around the furniture. You could have another seating area where the arrangement is now. Oh...yes, your mustard walls can work as is. Let's start with the layout first. :)

Hello Abdul, the room is looking quite warm right now. You might want to think about bringing in some blue or green either on the wall or on the rug to balance it out and make it more harmonious. I would suggest a subtle texture paint with a greyish-blue hue instead of the beige(light pink) wall. If not you could also think about hanging a nice painting with such hues. And to compliment it would suggest a rope-weave rug, or a furry rug along the same bluish theme for two reasons, one it will bring some softness and some warmth (texture wise) to that cold flooring. and two, the furniture is all mostly straight lines, so it may loosen it up a bit. If possible I would suggest a green succulent on the coffee table to bring in some life and tie the whole look together.
