Pop designs to solve level difference issue lin living room

Hi
We are planning to do false ceiling in our new flat but we have an issue of difference in levels between ceiling and floor that could be solved by levelling it in pop itself and then finalize the required ceiling design.But the problem is it will reduce height which we don't want.Can anyone suggest solutions to this.

    SP if the slope is 3 inches from one side to the other then you are right you will loose close to 4-5 inches just to cover the gap and then any design will take further space.

    Ceiling doesn't seem high enough so you can have a max of level ceiling and a 1.5 ft perimeter border.

    BTW is it the penhouse flat as 3 inches in too big a slope.
