Comments (2)plan seems to be ok vastu wise. (assuming north -south axis is diagonal and not aligned to the axis of the house) regarding son's bedroom 1 - try making the washroom more square towards the left exterior wall and the box room in front of it. Best to keep wet areas together, i.e. wc, shower and tub in one zone and dry area i.e. the basin in one zone. Also you could change the orientation of the bed as there is no privacy in the current layout. Maybe same as guest room's bed orientation. Another option would be to to re orient the door. the dining area also should have some window opening. The master bedroom, in spite of being of good size, has hardly any wardrobe space. The space before the 2 pillars could be used for wardrobes with some rework on the walls and door alignment. I feel the whole plan needs some re working to take out the best use of the space. Comments (3)hello there, your livingroom has lots of good accessories i really liked that . i dont think so u need to change sofas but if u really want to spend some money to beautify this place u can definitely buy some big colourful throw pillows because these cushions doesn't look good at all , sofa's upholstery is white and good but it gets merge with white wall so if u willing to change it then it will be better, u definitely need a new coffee table this one is very old fashioned. the seater besides the wall is perfect just change its gadda's fabric similar to sofa's fabric. seater's cushions are perfect. also u can change the 1st layer of drapes its very gaudy change it with the plain fabric not much patterns 2nd layer white sheer is perfect. please feel free to contact for more information...See Moretv and sofa arrangement in living room
Comments (4)Hi Manoj, You can move TV unit closer towards the double door marked in the plan. Given the room size you need a x-large size TV which shouldn't give too much of viewing angle issues. Comments (10)SJ , With due respect to your personal choices, for a family of 6 this is certainly looking over the top. I would suggest you to cut down the TV units to 2 or 3. You may not need 25 seats for a closely knit family it looks like we are trying to create silos in the home where everyone just sticks to their rooms, with separate baths, accent chairs, study and TV units. I would recommend you to convert the NE bedroom's bath as a common one with entrance from living. You can then do away with powder room. SE bath has a wardrobe inside the bath, I wonder why would you need that. It may not be a ideal placement. Thanks, Nitin CORNERSTONE DESIGNS Bangalore....See Morevinod D
