confused pls help

Is it good to keep a wall in the place highlighted in yellow or a partition ...kindly help with suggestions. There is also a breakfast counter on the right side.

What is the size of the room? Do you have bedding already? Since you don't need help with bed sheets or cushions, perhaps snap a picture with the bed made and one would be better able to make suggestions...

One thing on your ground floor can be done, is convert living hall into courtyard which will give you value for money, open spaces nowadays are very important in terms of ventilation, light and comfort as well, if some vegetation can be planned... other things can also be done accordingly...... i might need some time to work on it....

hi....the width of the area is 5 meters....from the center of the tv area to the left (till the wooden partition) is 3m, and to the other side is 4m. tv is comfortable to watch from the wooden partition end, but very far from the other side. i had alsl thought of creating two seperate sitting areas, but not sure what we should add. I hv 6 meters of the existing sofa fabric, and hv the option of getting another seating made with it if required. pls advice! also, i tried another setting with the existing sofas. sharing the pic...not sure if the sofa handles in the middle look ok!

sir ..can you tell are those concrete brick sick more temperature?

i want to use them for my renovation construction but my father who is civil engr. suggests for ordinary brick as these brick sicks too much to temperature. my room is west facing!

Shweta, what do you mean by 'sick.'?

AAC blocks have lesser thermal conductivity than clay bricks. The house made of these will remain slightly cooler in summer and hotter in winters.

Having said that ,for a renovation, you choice should depend on how much you are going to construct new.

As per your, it is true for an extent.

But clay bricks are not being used nowadays because of difficulty in laying down. Instead of, we are using this.

As mentioned above, AAC blocks are poorer conductor of heat than clay bricks. That means If outside temperature is high insides of AAC wall will be cooler than red clay bricks.
