Very Nice!! Love the rug used as Wall Decoration! Very trendy!!

we just finished an extenion, part of which was a large kitchen opened with floor to ceiling 5x2m IDsystems sliding doors and a 2x2m sky light making that side of the kitchen feel more like a courtyard the plan is to have faux mirrored windows and an inside tree to make the space feel connected to the outside.

Can't get it to work at all today.............running windows 8.1.................Won't search for products, if you get that to work it won't delete objects............Maybe it's having a bad day.

Hoping this works, never had to upload a scketch before.

I have tried for the first time sketch hopefully by next time I will improve...

Love the new sketch facility - very easy to use and great for visualizing products in a space.

I had fun using the Sketch feature. Not always easy to put items in as you can't skew their perspective. Most rugs I wanted to use would only be able to be featured on the wall. Other than that it is a handy tool to create visuals!

That was fun, I didn't even know you could Sketch!

So I have drawn from my blogging experience: we love the maximalist style but in reality we all want to live in minimalistic environments (because #lessmaintenance). This board has a good mix of both, and it's Scandi inspired. Black and white with pops of green mostly. The whole look costs around £6k with the Felix sofa being £2,895 and the Solitary Joy Armchair £658.80. I liked the Turquoise Jade Bi-Disc Ornament which was £85.

I really enjoyed using the sketch tool. It helps to play around with your ideas and bring the pictures in your mind to life. I tried to create a living space, by combining traditional and modern elements.

Such a great platform to get to know the products featured on Houzz. The idea of visualising how different interior elements work together is such a crucial exercice in interior design and Sketch made it easy and enjoyable. I will definitely use this tool again!

I love the neutral colouring in city living spaces like below when there is ample natural lighting through the ceiling high window, but I feel an injection of colour (such as art, flowers or ornaments) really adds life and a sense of your own personality to a living space. just discovered houzz as recomended by a friend. We are totally renovating our new home so I'm hoping it will be useful for getting ideas for how each room will look and feel. Good articles also!

Sketch is really easy to use and fun.

I like a space for relaxing. I enjoy having some greenery but with a bit of sparkle to. The articles and ideas are opening my mind to new concepts.

Not sure I’m allowed another go but I couldn’t resist! It’s a really useful tool and a huge range of products to choose from.

Playing with sketch up first time. Just about to start a new build, will be useful to try this feature out for the room there. Would be nice to be able to rotate the pictures a bit, but maybe one can and I can’t work it out, the sideboard would be against the wall not sticking out into the room.

I also spent ages trying to add this photo to the post. Could not find the way to link it from the sketch book.

Have loved using Houzz for reading articles and getting inspiration, but never thought to but of rooms before! Loved creating this, I’m just renovating an Edwardian house currently and can’t wait until the builders are out and I can start decor!! Will definitely be creating lots of mood boards now.

Enjoyed playing with zany colours. Quite different to my usual choices, but we are about to build a very sunny room to our house and this sort of idea could be fun.

I really like this tool, first time I've used it. Although the desktop version is easier to navigate in terms of adjusting the size of the objects; the app version is also surprisingly easy to use.

Worth A Shot !

My living room inspo ! Would love to have had a navy statement wall too finish this idea off ! I am a first time home buyer and this app is so easy to use and will be so useful to get my ideas up and running!
