Are you referring to the broom pull out? if so, it’s essentially a giant drawer, on its side, so you use the same kind of drawer slides-weight appropriate- top and bottom. Hope that helps!

you can do decopage and coat in varnish or varythane (sp?). The real thick stuff they use I think is epoxy. But, google and see for sure, I'm guessing!

Hello Swati, You may first want to decide whether you want the TV to be floor/ ceiling/ wall mounted. The answer will vary based on that. You can buy the swivel online or your nearby TV stores.
