Please forgive my comments if they are not applicable as it is difficult to read the plans from my computer and I am unable to enlarge them. I live in America so I recognize the difference in cultures but just a few things you may want to consider: The kitchen appears to have windows that have a view to nothing significant, whereas if it was on the opposite side of the house, the views would be of the lovely garden. Also, the kitchen appears a distance from the garage, where the grocery/shopping items would be carried in from. I believe a better location would be somewhere closer to the garage with easier access to transport items. Another consideration is the idea we call a "Great Room"--whereby the kitchen is open & next to the living room. This is a beautiful layout conducive to ongoing conversation with guests & family members alike and much prefered to cooking in a room alone, separated from loved ones. Since the house is multiple levels, I would recommend placing the laundry room (washer/dryer) on the level with the most bedrooms. This allows for ease of accessibility vs. up/down multiple stairs to transport dirty/clean clothes. Best wishes to you! I think you are wise in soliciting suggestions/input now as there are many changes I still wish I would have made. :)

Hard for us to say because we know virtually nothing about you or how you live! I would think about what I want to do in the condo, who will be there, what activities we will be engaged in, then make a decision on those points. Good luck!

Hi Fathma, In the wet kitchen I'd suggest you have a bit more space infront of the washer dryer if you intend it to open into the room - or you have it opening facing the door - you need at least 1m crouch space infront of an appliance like this - also make sure you keep walkways clear enough so that you can replace larger appliances if and when they go wrong. In the main kitchen I think you might need a bit more clearance between the peninsular and the sink /hob wall. I'd suggest 1m to 1.2m if possible. Not sure where I the world you are - but check with your local kitchen supply people that what you intend to install is agreeable with local build code - this differs from county to county ! Enjoy your new kitchen when it's installed ! :-)

Hi Himani, change the washing area a little. instead of 5' sink in the lower most side make it on the window wall, it'll accommodate the sink as well as one small unit for storing used as well as clean utensils and some more space for any cleaning work. About the kitchen ottta, it seems you want it as per vastu. As per vastu the burner should be on the south corner of the east wall, that's the exact agni sthaan. Your kitchen size is at par, please tell me how many members are there in your family so that I can guide you accordingly.
