From the drawing it looks like you have some free space after the base cabinets. How much it is off the centre of the kitchen?

Could you provide the measurements and the reason for having it slightly towards left side.

Hello,

Eccentrically placed hob & chimney will only look great if you eliminate the left overhead storage, and then place the chimney at the center of the remainder wall space, after the right overhead cabinet ends.

There must be equal blank space on the left and right of the chimney and the overhead cabinets.

Place the hob directly under the chimney, and make sure that you provide a duct in the back wall if its an exterior one.

Sink in front of the window will look great.

A breakfast bar island with some storage drawers under should be fine, but provide comfortable high stools so that people can chill there a bit longer:)

Wow ! are you sure its meant for a kitchen slab ? Whats the exact product name the vendor gave you?

Sea green looks cool and with maroon laminate would look great. But not so much with the brownish cream back-splash tiles.
