Not really sure what you're asking. Interior door? Exterior door? Every door is made from different materials. Solid core is different than hollow core. Some are fiberglass. But your basic water based paint works on most doors. Doors are usually painted in a semi-gloss finish as is trim.

Ashish, The workmanship seems to be an issue with your stone cladding wall. Interlock joints are visible and dirty. This needs to be thoroughly cleaned and grey cement will need color touch ups. Some people go for a lacquer polish to enhance the look of the stones. However, it is equally repulsive for some people who like natural finish. Suchitha, Your ask of no compromise on sunlight/ air circulation loss and at same time checking insects/dust is not very feasible. Pigeon net in transparent threads the best bet to check pigeons. Glass and ACP panelling will check insects, dust etc but cut down air circulation. Transparent blinds would require a lot of attention and not a foolproof solution. Hi - I think you will get lots of good ideas here, but people need to see what they are dealing with in terms of the fixed finishes which will be staying, e.g. roof, windows, brick, stone etc. Suggestions will then be more meaningful as they should have a connection to those elements. 🌈
