Hi, I love the look of marbles as kitchen counter tops but am hesitant because of the problems with staining. There are lots of vitrifed glazed floor tiles which give beautiful marble look. Is it advisable to use them as kitchen counter tops? Since they come in 4x2 ft size, the number of joints will be less. Will they be chemically safe around food? Thanks in advance

Docpam, We have few of our clients who are using this model, from a different brand though. It is a great change from the regular chimneys. Obviously, oil deposits will be there on any chimney, but you can manage by cleaning it on a weekly basis. Wiping a glass clean is much easier. There is a small design flaw with this model which may make it not work for all people. The controls are located on top height of the machine.
