OK... but the wire wont be lower as it is fixed now. The wire in the pics below is the wall facing each other. They were leveled on equal height but the beam on one wall makes it seem a little above. But i think you guys are absolutely right that up and down lights wont look good there. I think you are right about down lights lessismoore. Would it look good if i go with two different lights on opposite walls??? it would look odd right.

Not much to go on. A drawing/floor plan to show where windows, doors, and such are in the space... and what connects to this space? You say first floor, so where are the stairs? Two rooms... what are each of the rooms to be used for? (Kitchen, living room, dining room, a bedroom, an office.... what?)

13.5 m is the total length of the plot. The construction size length is 9m and front is 6.5m and backside is 7.200m. Which means the ground floor and first floor construction size are same. East side and south side have road, so these two side we have to leave 3m. and backside we have to leave 1m.
