Thank you chrissiekirk! Yes, believe it or not this is the same home, same homeowners. They have a large family to entertain during the holiday seasons and this room serves as the perfect gathering space for them.

Especially love the two sinks. For entertaining purposes, this kitchen will work great. My only tiny comment is the lack of any color; any vibrancy/personality. What fun it would be to see a bright cheerful tea kettle on that gorgeous range, or even a splash of sunshine from a rug on the floor. Right now it looks like a model home where nobody actually lives.

Hi cameopalms - Thank you! The perimeter countertops are Caesarstone quartz #5000 "London Grey" with a polished finish and double eased edge. The islands are a polished "White Ice" granite with ogee edge.

As much as I love white/painted cabinets, it's refreshing to see wood stain. When I remodeled my kitchen in 2010, I chose Java stain with black accents and I still love it. I think it's just as timeless as white.

I too love white kitchens, however this is just classic I love it.

Am I the only "babyboomer" starting to have bad knees on this site? Kitchen does look gorgeous, but I would have to wear roller skates and plan on a nap if this was my kitchen.

If I see one more white kitchen, I'm going to hit myself in the head with a rock! Enough already!

Thank you, Erika. We provided the design for cabinets in-house with the help of a professional designer for finishes.

The new kitchen is lovely. I wonder how messy it will become with use. The before shot is almost shocking, in a "hoarding" kind of way. Was it staged that way to make the after shot look so good? I'm seriously asking because I know a lot of before shots are staged.
